The Market Research Analyst conducts member research, analyzes member preferences and performs competitive research. Responsibilities include gathering and interpreting market and member research data, generating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1. S trong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills
2. Strong proficiency of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.)
3. Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
4. Ability to collect pertinent data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
5. Formulate ideas and recommendations.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills

Requirements:

1. Must be a U.S. Citizen
2. BS in marketing, mathematics/statistics or related field
3. 2-5 years of experience in marketing, market research or data analysis
4. Financial services and/or credit union experience preferred
5. Proven Market Research Analysis experience Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
