About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision to lead and drive AI-focused initiatives on our platform. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of AI solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration between data science, engineering, and business teams. You will be responsible for managing ML model development, computer vision projects, and real-time AI applications, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver impactful insights to our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end technical programs in AI, machine learning, and computer vision.
  • Define project scope, milestones, and execution plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, data scientists, and product managers to develop AI-driven solutions.
  • Drive Agile and Scrum methodologies for efficient project delivery.
  • Identify technical risks and dependencies, ensuring mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate technical progress and challenges to stakeholders, leadership, and customers.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance in AI and full-stack applications.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 to 4 years of industry experience.
  • Experience managing projects related to AI, software development, or cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycles.
  • Ability to work with engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and optimizing product roadmaps.
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or similar project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced AI and software development environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions.
