As part of our culinary leadership team, you'll play a key role in crafting elevated dishes that reflect the sophistication of our lounge.

• Salary - $75,000- $85,000…. *Based on skill, experience, and work history
• Must have – Fine Dining or VIP Club / Lounge Experience
• The lounge is open 365 days a year
• Open availability is required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing cost controls and maintaining budget oversight for the lounge's culinary operations.
• Support menu planning and creation, ensuring dishes meet the high standards expected by our elite clientele.
• Lead the execution of catering events, ensuring top-notch service and presentation.
• Roll out new culinary programs in partnership with company marketing and culinary teams.
• Supervise hourly kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to preparation, sanitation, and presentation standards.
