Job Title: Services Project Coordinator
Job Description As a Services Project Coordinator, you will assist Project Managers with various project-related tasks. This individual contributor role in the DFS Services Segment requires a growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative style, and disciplined delivery focus to work successfully across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities - Launch all ERP project task types as required, including inventory, pre-install, project, survey, etc.
- Manage escalations from Deployment Command Center to support field operations.
- Follow up and ensure all material warranty entitlement startups are complete within a pre-defined period.
- Ensure contractors are paid within 30 days of a task being completed, specifically for Project Tasks.
- Track RMAs for Projects as required.
- Participate in lean manufacturing process design and design changes (Kaizen events) as needed by the team and business.
- Ensure project costs are tracked using GPMA codes in Project Loader and Order Entry.
- Work in parallel with project managers to oversee the entire life-cycle of projects of various sizes, communicating timelines, status, and identifying potential risks.
- Act as a liaison by providing support, updates, agendas, and pushing for deliverable and deadline completions for projects' stakeholders.
- Document and track project performance in organized records using Microsoft applications as required by Project Managers.
- Keep project-related documents organized, updated, and distributed as necessary.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to best support the project and team.
- Keep track of all out-of-scope work for projects and document as required by project managers.
Essential Skills - High School Diploma
- Experience using various MRP/ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- 3+ years experience in coordinator/administrator or order entry/fulfillment roles (at a manufacturer or similar)
- Excellent communication skills with a high comfort level interacting with internal and external customers, and contractors; both written and verbal.
- Deep understanding of project processes and tools used to complete project tasks.
- Customer-centric mindset with an aptitude for providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong team player with the ability to work through different procedures and processes with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work through Oracle and craft reports using Discoverer.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Ability to use Power BI is a plus
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
Work Environment
This is an in-office role from Monday to Wednesday, with remote work on Thursday and Friday. The working hours are from 8am to 5pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
