Job Title: Partner Marketing Coordinator – Affiliate

Location: Remote/Hybrid (Carlsbad, CA)

Through our affiliate platform, NXTbets.com, we’re building the go-to destination for sportsbook offers and betting insights focused on emerging sports like Formula 1, X Games, SuperMotocross World Championship, and more.

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented  Partner Marketing Coordinator to support and scale our global affiliate partnerships, manage regulatory workflows, and optimize affiliate performance across all channels.

Affiliate Partnership Management

• Serve as the primary contact for all affiliate partners
• Negotiate, execute, and renew affiliate contracts
• Plan and launch custom sport-specific campaigns with partners
• Track monthly revenue, handle invoicing, and manage sub-affiliate attribution
• Maintain and update the global affiliate tracking database
• Research and onboard new affiliate partners around the world
• Monitor and update affiliate offers across platforms

Regulatory & Compliance Coordination

• Work with internal and external legal teams to maintain up-to-date jurisdictional approvals
• Maintain internal regulatory tracking tools and compliance matrices
• Manage geo-targeted offer widgets to ensure legal and sport accuracy by region

Affiliate Program Optimization

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and web teams to improve offer visibility, link performance, and site-wide click-through rates
• Conduct A/B testing for offers, placements, and calls to action
• Support the creation of pre-built picks, bets, and parlays with the content team
• Assist in first-party data capture initiatives and lead affiliate retention marketing efforts

Required:

• Experience in affiliate marketing, ideally in sports betting
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like Google Analytics
• Solid understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking, and campaign performance
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Familiarity with alternative/action sports and motorsports
• Experience growing and optimizing affiliate marketing programs within sports betting
• Willingness to think “outside the box” and innovate within affiliate marketing programs

Compensation

• Base salary range of $80K-$95K annually
• Benefits package (medical/dental) with company 401K match
