Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager and Administrator at Kurtin Robotics Company, located in Spring, TX. We are looking for someone to support office operations, sales, and project teams by overseeing client communications, coordinating schedules, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow. As the primary point of contact for client inquiries, you will provide professional and timely responses via email and phone, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or project management preferred.
  • Proficiency with Office Equipment and related technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in email management, scheduling tools, and Odoo/Google Suite.
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus.
