Job Title: Industrial Engineer (Onsite – USA Only)
Location: North Haven, CT
Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time studies to analyze and improve production processes.
- Develop and implement line balancing strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Create and maintain capacity models to ensure optimal production planning.
- Perform financial analysis to support cost reduction initiatives.
- Lead and participate in lean/sigma continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience specifically in medical device manufacturing engineering. Experience in other fields will not be accepted.
- Proficiency in time study techniques and line balancing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with capacity modeling.
- Solid understanding of financial analysis and cost reduction strategies.
- Experience with lean/sigma methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
