Akkodis is seeking a Customer Engineer role is a Contract with a client in West Chester, Ohio (Onsite); We’re ideally looking for an applicant with experience in Helpdesk Support Specialist with prior experience in the financial sector.

Pay Range: $23-$25/ hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Description:

• We are seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist with prior experience in the financial sector to provide first-level technical support for internal users.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial systems and regulatory requirements, along with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for desktop, application, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems across multiple platforms.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate IT teams.
• Maintain detailed logs and documentation of support requests.

Requirements :

• 2+ years of Helpdesk/IT support experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
