Position Description:

Clean, a division of UniFirst, is looking for a Healthcare Hybrid Sales Consultant. The position offers a generous base salary plus commissions, as well as health, dental, vision, life insurance and 401k matching, car and cell phone allowances, and bonus potential.

Responsibilities:

Internal Sales (3 days)

· Complete needs analysis in current customers

· Direct RSRs to opportunities based on needs; perform Ride Alongs with RSRs, SM and Director

· Analyze growth areas in location with Director of Healthcare

· Create/manage promotions based on data

· Uncover direct sale opportunities (Current customers)

External Sales (2 days)

· Follow up on route leads and call ins

· Cloverleaf area of leads and market/mine data

· Perform call blocks as needed to update expiration dates; clean up existing files in database and add prospects

· Perform CIAs and Presentations with Director

· Manage quarterly visits to outlying rural prospects

· Manage prospects CEDs and work with Director for all prospects within 12 months of expiration

· $1000/wk base salary

· $75/wk car allowance plus fuel card, $20/wk phone allowance

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High energy level
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with sales tracking software
  • Clean driving record
  • College degree preferred (but not required)
  • Two years business-to-business selling experience
