What You’ll Learn

As an Entry Level Management Trainee, you’ll start by learning the core elements of our business through a structured training program, which includes:

• Mastering face-to-face customer interactions in retail and event settings
• Understanding client products and services to confidently promote them
• Learning how to generate sales, track activity, and meet key performance metrics
• Developing public speaking, communication, and negotiation skills
• Working alongside team leaders to support campaign planning and execution
• Gaining exposure to recruitment, team training, and operational leadership

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through direct customer engagement
• Build rapport with potential customers and guide them through the sales process
• Assist with campaign setup, reporting, and performance tracking
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team strategy meetings
• Support the coordination of promotional activities and branded events
• Provide feedback on customer responses and campaign outcomes
• Demonstrate professionalism and leadership potential at all times
