eCommerce Specialist – Contract

Our client, a well-known sportswear brand, is seeking an eCommerce Specialist for a 2+ month contract opportunity. This role will play a key part in refining and implementing digital commerce strategies to enhance the online customer experience. The focus will be on optimizing eCommerce initiatives and managing digital assets to ensure a smooth and engaging user journey.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract running through April 2025, with the possibility of an extension. The team operates on-site in Greater Boston, MA, Tuesday through Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and improving eCommerce platforms to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
• Manage digital assets, ensuring content is well-organized, easily accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Partner with internal teams to refine the site experience and implement digital marketing and merchandising best practices.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to uncover opportunities for improvement and shape future strategies.
• Provide support in integrating Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Product Information Management (PIM) systems as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce and digital asset management.
• Strong grasp of site experience optimization and best practices.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and PIM systems is beneficial.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
