Job Description

Mpower Solar is a New York-based energy supplier and solar installer specializing in 100% renewable energy. Since our founding in 2009, our mission has been to offer sustainable, affordable, and reliable renewable energy options to customers seeking to reduce their carbon footprint. We service residential customers across ten States and are growing daily! Mpower’s success has been largely due to our relentless efforts toward developing our in-house sales staff and having them fast-track through the ranks and into leadership roles.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager to lead our sales team in our Queens office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, a proven track record in Solar sales management,

Income Expectation:

  • On Target Earnings: $185,000
  • Base Salary, Commission, Overrides, And Bonuses
  • Health And Dental Benefits
  • Paid Training

Responsibilities:

  • Own and hit/exceed KPI targets within the assigned timeframe
  • Manage and set accountability expectations for the sales team
  • Interpret and analyzing data to drive growth
  • Run sales calls, sales meetings, and training as required
  • Efficiently learn the systems and programs we use to maximize your time and production
  • Effectively communicate and maintain client relationships by keeping them updated on project status with the support of our internal concierge and operations teams

Qualifications:

  • Sales management experience required
  • 2+ years’ experience in Solar Sales Leadership essential
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record; own vehicle
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Unrivaled interpersonal skills- you're an expert a determining what makes people tick and aligning that to the needs of an organization to optimize impact
  • Highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest
  • Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, changing demands
