Our Ride Success Agents handle all inbound calls from passengers, transportation providers, clients and may also assist with:
Our Ride Success Agents use our proprietary platform, third-party transportation software like Uber and Lyft, and business technology like Zendesk (task management) to successfully complete trip requests.
This is a fully remote position where you can work from home and have a tremendous positive impact on behalf of elderly and medically challenged people.
Success in this position will require exceptional communication skills, creative problem solving and a commitment to meeting our quality standards and adherence to service level commitments. This is a full time position that may include weekend and evening hours, depending on the shift.
Responsibilities:
Willingness to work a full-time shift within the Eastern Time Zone.
Communicate with Transportation Providers to schedule and recover rides with unique needs.
Communicate with passengers and managed clients to schedule trips
Monitor internal communications channels to identify and assist with escalated service opportunities.
Monitor chats from passengers and managed clients to identify transportation needs and/or escalated service opportunities
Shifts available:
All shifts are subject to change based on business needs.
NOTE: Candidates must have internet speed of 10 mbps and ability to hard-wire in via ethernet as needed
Competencies:
High School Diploma, or equivalent
Contact center, call center, or tech support experience required
Fluency with standard business tools, like Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and software-based telephone systems
Attention to detail
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Creativity and ability to think outside the box
Willingness and ability to work on and support a remote team environment
A sense of humor and positive attitude
