We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Commercial Project Manager with proven success acquiring and managing commercial General Contract paint projects and be able to leverage existing General Contractor and painting subcontractor relationships. This is a home-based role within CE’s New England territory, requiring on-site work with our clients.
As a Commercial Project Manager, you are responsible for identifying/landing new General Contractors and expanding the relationship within existing accounts. You must have a keen sense of attention to detail, service, and identifying opportunities. You must be strategic in your approach and take the initiative in identifying and pursuing the right General Contractors to bid, win, and produce the right projects, the right decision makers, and then delivering the best enticing door opener. Successful candidates have a track record of maintaining and generating revenue.
Location
This is a remote role with the flexibility to work from any location in the greater New England area (Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts focus). Candidates must be willing to travel as needed for face-to-face meetings within the territory.
