Position: Bilingual Segments Marketing Manager
Location: Chicago HIGHLY preferred, but open to remote!
Pay Rate: 45/hr - 55/hr MAX
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Must-haves
3+ years of experience in Marketing, working on collateral marketing materials
Project Management skills: organization, consumer research, meet deadlines
Traditional marketing experience (this is not a digital role)
Bilingual in Spanish to help with Spanish marketing collateral
Good energy, go getter
Marketing generalist background on the client side: they will be given a problem (what is a target customer like, where are they, and what types of channels do they need to use to reach that customer, come up with ideas for how to reach that customer).
Someone who had sales goals in the past for a target customer from a marketing perspective (gain a certain amount of customers or sell a certain amount of a product)
Product Marketing experience, consumer research, building plans on the insights from that research
Large enterprise background

Graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop illustrator)
Banking industry
Ability to create a marketing campaign from scratch and speak to the ROI/performance metrics of that campaign
Brand acquisition experience
Analytics background: approach work with KPIs in mind, analyze how marketing campaigns perform, go back to the stated KPIs showing performance metrics, gaps, and variances from past campaign performance and optimize the campaign based on that.
Day-to-Day
This Marketing Manager will be working at a global bank that is going through a huge acquisition. At first, this is highly executional and focused on marketing project management. Helping them develop and launch a premier services product for their most affluent customers to potential customers from the new acquisition and developing marketing communication and collateral around it (posters, flyers, brochures, pitch books, etc., maybe some digital aspects as well). Creating these materials, leveraging existing materials but customizing to this particular new market. For the first 6-8 months, this will be 80% Marketing Project Management, 20% strategic, after that, this will shift to more strategic work.
Compensation:
$45/hr to $55/hr.
