Role Description

We’re looking for a B2C Sales Enablement Consultant to help build the infrastructure, processes, and training that will support and scale our direct-to-consumer sales team. This consultancy will extend from 1 to 3 months, and is focused on empowering our sales organization to succeed—not doing the direct selling yourself.

You will collaborate closely with leadership to optimize our sales funnel, improve CRM and sales tooling, create training and coaching programs, and define best practices for our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable B2C sales processes and infrastructure
  • Coach and support the sales team through onboarding, training, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales efforts with marketing and operations
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Develop playbooks, scripts, and resources to support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure team members hit their goals and continue to grow
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in B2C sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership
  • Proven ability to design and implement sales systems and training programs
  • Deep understanding of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales performance metrics
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and organizational skills
  • High level of professionalism and a collaborative, supportive mindset
  • Experience in wellness, home goods, or luxury consumer products is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
